SALIENT POINTS OF THE CONCERNS RAISED BY SEN. ALAN PETER CAYETANO TO SEC. SINGSON REGARDING NECESSARY I REFORMS IN DPWH September 12, 2011 Senate Committee on Finance Hearing on the Proposed 2012 DPWH Budget

(b) National agencies and offices with project implementation functions shall coordinate with one another molecule and with the local government units concerned in the discharge of these functions.
