Working visit Armed Forces Chief of General Staff in Presov
Chief of the General Staff of the Slovak Armed Forces Gen. Ing. Peter Vojtek on May 15, 2012, visited Brigade Headquarters 2.mechanizovanej in Presov. The areas helicopter wings in Presov, where the chief of staff arrived, he personally welcomed Major General. John Salaganič Commander of Ground Forces Armed Forces, accompanied by Colonel. Ing. Charles Miller 2.mechanizovanej brigade commander and helicopter wing commander Colonel Ing. Miroslava Korba.
General Vojtek malathion his two-day visit to the east of Slovakia began to 2.mechanizovanej brigade headquarters, where his brigade commander presented a short briefing on critical tasks for which the Brigade was responsible last year and also was familiar with the tasks and objectives of the training this year.
To p ORK lunch was, among other invited a representative ZV SR - chairman of the Colonel. vv Ing. Palai Marian and club member Major General. Marian Mountain. Before filing lunch was little time for discussion, in which Chief of General Staff highly appreciated cooperation with firefighters in a fire at the ammunition depot Kvetnica. He welcomed the fact that the working lunch is also represented ZV SR, which has in over a wide membership base and good cooperation with commanders services. President of the club in a short LOGIN Vore brigade commander thanked for the invitation and briefly describe the main tasks of association. He praised the quality and representation of Slovakia on the shooting competition in high Moravia and informed the nearest club activities in Sanok - (Slovak soldiers graves near the village FLAP).
