Examples: And Segovia hay un teatro. There is a theater in Segovia. Hay turistas en la playa. There

I'm always thinking how I (difficult) aspects of Spanish grammar to my students can explain in a simple (r) way. I hope this explanation homogenized helps to make the choice between ser, estar and hay easier. Step by step.
Examples: And Segovia hay un teatro. There is a theater in Segovia. Hay turistas en la playa. There are Turisten on the beach. Hay 20 millones de Habitantes and Ciudad México. Hay varios homogenized bares y restaurantes and Casares. LOCATED?
Does ARE: {themselves in a particular (mind) state} are? State after a change or process? Lying, homogenized standing, sitting, hanging? Is "so and so" become? ("So and so" do?
Estoy enfadada (mood) => I am angry with El café está frío (state) => coffee is grown cold Lima está en Perú (standing, lying down) Las pinturas de Goya están en el museo de El Prado (standing, hanging ) El pajarito está en el techo (standing, sitting) El libro está en el Librero (standing, standing) Qué está tu hijo alto! => Became long) Mujer, qué estás pesada! = This or do that. In this case: do tedious OTHER CASES.
